Ingredients:
Bread:
- 3 1/3 cups All-purpose Flour
- 3 cups Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground Nutmeg
- 1 15 oz can Pumpkin
- 1 cup Vegetable oil
- 4 Eggs
- 2/3 cups Water
Frosting:
- 6 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, softened
- 3 Tablespoons Butter, softened
- 2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Directions:
Bread:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare two 5/9/3 inch loaf pans with non-stick spray, set aside.
- in a mixer combine pumpkin, oil, eggs, and water. Mix in dry ingredients. Mix until combined. Spoon into loaf pans.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan to wire rack.
Frosting:
- Place all ingredients in a small bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat until completely smooth. Spread on top of bread or use as a spread for each slice.
