Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt or table salt
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil or olive oil spray
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicon mat.
- Remove leaves from stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with salad spinner. Drizzle kale with olive oil (or olive oil spray) and sprinkle with season salt.
- Place kale on baking sheet with no overlapping (overlapping will cause the kale to steam rather then crisp). You may have to do a few batches.
- Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.
