Shanghai Cucumbers


Ingredients:
  • 1 large cucumber, cut into chunks
  • 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
  1. Mix together sauces
  2. Mix sauce with cucumbers
  3. Sprinkle sesame seeds over all
* Let the cucumbers sit in the sauce for at least 10 minutes before serving for better flavor.
